An analysis that explicitly recognizes the possibility of heterogeneity. There are two approaches to performing disaggregate analyses:
- Conducting separate analyses for each observation (e.g., estimating separate regression models for all observations in a repeated measures study).
- Conducting separate analyses for different sub-groups (e.g., estimating separate regression models for each state).
- Using Mixture Models.
