Multiple Response Question

Multiple response questions are questions that allow people to choose one or more options from a list. They are also known as Pick Any, Check All That Apply, and  Multi-Response questions.

For example:

Q1	Which of the following products do you own?
	Choose as many as apply
	Savings account		1
	Checking Account	2
	Credit Card		        3
	Home loan		        4
	None of these		5
